Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
- Assessment: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or custom orders cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring your journal arrives in perfect condition. However, if your journal arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
