Description

Katie specialises in providing a supportive and confidential service to riders and athletes, helping them overcome mental and emotional challenges and make positive changes. With expertise in anxiety and fear management, trauma, and self-esteem/confidence work Katie is well-equipped to address a range of emotional and mental challenges. As a registered BACP therapist and psychological coach, Katie combines principles from psychology, counselling, and coaching, addressing the root causes of issues while promoting personal growth. With specialised training in sports psychology, Katie is adept at helping you handle the mental aspects of training and competing, including managing pressure, building self-belief and confidence, coping with setbacks, and improving focus and performance. To make progress, it's recommended to start with six weekly sessions, maintaining a productive pace. For flexibility, fortnightly and ad-hoc sessions are also available upon request. Convenience and confidentiality are prioritised with Katie's online therapy services, allowing clients to access therapy from the comfort of their own homes. All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Katie is here to help you overcome obstacles and unleash your true potential in training and competition.
